Acoustic Ladyland: O Konz (5.49)
Describing themselves as 'a jazz group that plays dirty rock and roll', Acoustic Ladyland are the London-based quartet of Sebastian Rochford (drums), Tom Herbert (bass), Peter Wareham (saxes) and Tom Cawley (keyboards). They started off covering Jimi Hendrix, but this track is their tribute to Olivier Messiaen and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

Martin Grech began making music 10 years ago, when he was twelve, after buying a copy of Radiohead's album The Bends. Four years late he teamed up with producer Andy Ross, and over the next three years they put together the tracks which would become debut album Open Heart Zoo. This track comes from the imminent follow-up.

Mice Parade is the project (and anagram) of American multi-instrumentalist Adam Pierce. This is from his forthcoming 5th album, and features the vocals of Kristin Anna Valtysdóttir from Icelandic band Múm.

King Creosote: Circle My Demise (3.07)
King Creosote was formerly singer/songwriter with Skuobhie Dubh Orchestra and Khartoum Heroes, but when his songs began to come adrift of those bands' styles, he went solo. He works on the principles that if a part can't be recorded in one take, record something else, samples should be under four seconds, in time, in tune, but not necessarily both, and 'no noodling virtuosity'.
