Background

In July 2009 the Trust asked the 蘑菇短视频 Executive to undertake a full-scale review of the 蘑菇短视频's strategy, to help determine the future direction of the corporation. In March 2010, the Trust published the 蘑菇短视频 Executive's proposals. We launched a consultation on these and published our initial conclusions in July 2010, followed by our final strategy for the 蘑菇短视频, together with supporting analysis and research, in December 2010.

Global strategy

As part of the broader review of 蘑菇短视频 strategy, the Trust requested that the 蘑菇短视频 Executive draw up strategic proposals for how the corporation could best fulfil its global role. The Trust subsequently approved the strategy, an overview of which is published here.
