C蘑菇短视频 should provide a stimulating, creative and enjoyable environment that is also safe and trusted. The service should have a particular focus on informal learning, with an emphasis on encouraging participation.
Current service licence
The Trust reissued this service licence in April 2016 with an amended baseline budget for the year 2016/7. In giving approval to this change, the Trust has been assured by the 蘑菇短视频 Executive that the change to the budget does not reflect any change to the remit, scope or other stated key characteristics of the service.
