In 2009 the Trust began a review of 蘑菇短视频 Films strategy which included consultation with a number of interested external organisations, and looked at whether the strategy was aligned with the 蘑菇短视频's public purposes.

The Trust's report published in 2010 provided a commentary to 蘑菇短视频 Films objectives and was published alongside the 蘑菇短视频 Films final strategy.
