In this interview, Madeiran singer Jorge Calaça talks about his journey from Caniçal to Jersey, where he lived for 16 years and discovered his passion for singing. He recalls performing at many Portuguese community events alongside well-known artists and shares some of the songs that have become part of his repertoire. Now back in Madeira, Jorge also reflects on his strong connection to Jersey, his family and his beloved hometown of Caniçal, Madeira.
