Saltburn Cricket club goes viral over 'Click Gate'

Following cheating allegations, the club's 2nd team's Wednesday match has been cancelled. Saltburn have conceded Wednesday's fixture - a cup game against Marton's second team - with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Sport being told Saltburn were unable to get a team together due to the "holiday season". The club made headlines after a fielder was accused of cheating by clicking his fingers. The North Yorkshire and South Durham Cricket League has started an investigation into a second XI Division 2 game between Saltburn and Norton. A viral video on social media appears to show a Saltburn fielder clicking his fingers as the ball passes Noman Shabir's bat before being caught by wicketkeeper Josh Bowes.
