Rugby engineer builds world’s fastest RC car

A Rugby engineer has broken a Guinness World Record after building the fastest battery powered radio control car in the world. Stephen Wallis, who works part‑time at Royal Enfield Motorcycles, designed and built the 1‑metre‑long vehicle at home using 3D‑printed components and drone‑style motors. He reached a certified top speed of 234.71mph at Llanbedr Airfield in North Wales, a speed measured through laser timing traps at a specialist RC event. He joined Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ CWR presenter Vic Minett in the studio.
