Dorothy called Ģ������Ƶ Radio Stoke to say she often goes day without post. She's missed out on crucial medical appointments because letters from her doctor are showing up sometimes weeks too late. A Royal Mail spokesperson said: “We take any delay very seriously and will investigate these reports.
