An exhibition at the Imperial War Museum Duxford is showcasing the role of aerial reconnaissance during World War Two. ‘Spies in the Skies: Second World War Aerial Reconnaissance’ tells the story of the Photographic Reconnaissance Unit (PRU) which operated far behind enemy lines in specialised aircraft.
