Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Essex has learned that families are still living in temporary accommodation like hostels and caravans, six months on from the Wennington fire. On 19 July 2022 - a day where temperatures reached more than 40 degrees for the first time - sixteen homes were destroyed. Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Essex revisits Wennington, speaking to Reverend Elise Peterson from St Mary and St Peter's Church, as well as local ward councillor Sue Ospreay and residents Dave and Robbie, whose garden was gutted by the fire.
