It's that time of year - the festivals are in full swing. A huge South Asian outdoor Mela is on this weekend. Its at Victoria Park in Smethwick and thousands of people are expected. It's the 10th annual event - but has not been running over the past couple of years because of the pandemic. Lots of music artists are performing over the two days, Shine Duggal is the creative producer and shares all the information with us.
