Experts are warning the suspension of funds by donor nations, alongside the loss of loans from the IMF and World Bank, will create a financial crisis for Afghanistan. Billions was pumped into the country over two decades, but a lot of the money was lost to corruption or mismanagement. Gul Masood Sabit, who served two terms as Afghanistan's deputy finance minister, tells the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's Russell Padmore that some of the money was invested in building infrastructure.
