North West Leicestershire now has the highest rate of Covid-19 infections than anywhere else in the country. In the week leading up to the 28th of February, 198 people per 100,000 tested positive for the virus - although cases are slowly coming down, just not as fast as other parts of England. Meanwhile Leicester remains third in the national table. Jimmy Carpenter spoke to Mike Sandys, the Director of Public Health at Leicestershire County Council.
