Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Scotland's Business and Economy editor, Douglas Fraser, speaks to Dr Gavin McCrone, author of an official Government memo written in 1974 about the huge boost public finances would receive from the flow of North Sea oil through the Forties pipeline. The contents of the memo first became public 14 years ago when its contents were revealed by Douglas who worked at the time for the Herald newspaper.
