It is feared more than a thousand fish have been killed in a polluted river at Horley, Surrey. Ammonia has been found in 4km of Gatwick Stream - a tributary of River Mole. Already 763 dead fish have been recovered. Dave Webb, fisheries team leader at the Environment Agency, tells Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ Surrey he thinks someone may have put the chemical down a drain and did not realise the problem.
