Today the government has finally made a decision on how to regulate Electronic Cigarettes, under its Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (the MHRA) “all nicotine-containing products, such as electronic cigarettes, are to be regulated as medicines”. On the Money's Helen Fitzhenry was recently following this story in Wigan - looking ahead to today's announcement and talking to some of the industry’s small businesses about what they want, and fear, from regulation.
