Cecilia Mwenda, from Tanzania is now living in Leicester and is known by her fashion label Cecystyles. In her hope to become one of 50 designers taking part in the next Swahili Fashion Week in Tanzania, Cecilia told Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ's Kevin Ncube about her sense of style.
