Whether you're hoping to build confidence in the kitchen, master a cherished family recipe, learn a new cooking skill for an important life moment - if food has the power to change something in your life, we'd love to hear from you.

Open to UK/NI residents aged 18 years and above. Applicants must be available for filming between 2 – 8 September 2026 in the UK.
