The Russian authorities say a deadly blast at a restaurant in central Moscow was caused by a bomb. Three people were killed and more than twenty others injured. Russia's Anti-Terrorism Committee said a woman had tried to bring a homemade explosive device into the restaurant, where a private function was taking place.
