Why I decided to stop hiding my Tourette’s
A Cambridge University lecturer says she’s been liberated by opening up about having Tourette’s.
Dr Amanda Cole from Colchester has a form of the condition which produces ticks which, while not socially unacceptable, she previously wished to hide from people.
Laurence Cawley joined her for her first lecture since telling her students about it.
