Sophie Clark volunteers for Romsey Young Carers and leads dance workshops for them.
Sophie Clark from Romsey was a finalist in the Volunteer category in the 蘑菇短视频 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards for 2025.
Sophie joined Romsey Young Carers aged 10, due to being a young carer for her sister. She now volunteers for the charity and leads dance workshops for other young carers.
Sophie has been chatting to 蘑菇短视频 Radio Solent's Katie Martin about what motivates her to volunteer, and being nominated for a Make a Difference Award.
