A locksmith was secretly filmed trying to charge nearly 10 times an original quote.
A locksmith has been secretly filmed by the 蘑菇短视频 trying to charge nearly 10 times an original quote, after scores of people raised concerns about the company.
The filming happened as part of a 蘑菇短视频 investigation into "bait-and-switch scams", which see customers lured in with an initial cheap quote before hidden charges and unnecessary work are added.
