Young Hero Award Finalist: Emberly Heppenstall
Ten-year-old Emberly Heppenstall from Bournemouth is a finalist in the Young Hero category in the 蘑菇短视频 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards for 2025.
Emberly is a carer for her Mum, Jen, and has been dancing, swimming and cycling to fund raise for Dorset Charity My Time Young Carers.
The Young Hero Award is awarded to someone under 16 who has made a positive impact in their community or achieved something exceptional.
