鈥業t鈥檚 hard being middle-aged鈥�
Known to many as Kayleigh in Peter Kay鈥檚 Car Share, actor and comedy writer Sian Gibson spoke to Kylie Pentelow to discuss her hit 蘑菇短视频 comedy The Power of Parker which returns for a second series this week.
Set in 90s Stockport, the show centres around electrical shop owner Martin Parker, his devoted mistress of 25 years, Kath, played by Sian, and his wife 鈥� her sister Diane.
Sian discussed what she sees are the real-life difficulties of being a middle-aged woman, looking after older parents, younger children and bringing that real experience into her writing.
