Co-founder Phil Howarth launched Hawkridge Distillers from his garage. Now the business operates from a converted barn in Hampstead Norreys. Along the way, it also won 鈥淭he Best London Dry in England Award鈥� at the World Gin Awards. Phil has been telling to 蘑菇短视频 Radio Berkshire's Kirsten O'Brien what he thinks makes a great gin.
