Janette Manrara: 鈥業 knew that there was something wrong鈥�
Janette Manrara joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013 but was voted out in Week 4.
She spoke to 5 Live鈥檚 Naga Munchetty about her feelings of inadequacy after her first series on the show ended, and how she built herself up again.
She said: 鈥淚 wasn鈥檛 being鈥� I was putting face on in my personal life, with my friends, with my family. I knew that I just wasn鈥檛 happy. I knew that there was something wrong.鈥�
鈥淥ur internal dialogue is so crucial for survival. And changing the internal dialect was what made me come back the second year and really have a different perspective towards the whole thing.鈥�
