The regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has launched a major investigation into hidden, unfair car finance commission.

Martin told Gethin Jones: 鈥淚n my view, it is better than even chances that in September, it will be launching a big payback system for anyone who had a discretionary commission arrangement on their car finance.鈥�

鈥淚f you think you bought a car on PCP or HP between April 2007 and the 28th of January 2021, this could apply to you.鈥�

鈥淭here may be a time bar鈥�, so Martin urges people 鈥渢o get a complaint in as soon as possible鈥�.
