Plans to demolish a car park on the Worthing seafront have moved ahead and Councillors agreed to sell-off the Grafton multi-storey car park so it can be turned into 150 homes, leisure facilities, and commercial units.

But there's concern among some businesses that the loss of parking would put people off visiting the town.
