Eyewitness: Libya dam collapse made a "horrible sound"
Assistance is slowly starting to arrive in the Libyan city of Derna, three days after it was devastated by catastrophic floods - but there are desperate calls for more help. Rescue teams are continuing to dig through the rubble of collapsed buildings with little specialist equipment.
Speaking from Derna, photojournalist Taha Muftah told Newshour's Rebecca Kesby what he saw and what help was needed.
