Netherlands to distribute free sunscreen this summer
People in the Netherlands are going to be offered free sunscreen this summer in an attempt to combat rising cases of skin cancer in the country. Hand sanitising stations that sprung up during Covid-19 are now being converted to sunscreen stations. Dermatologist Karen van Poppelan is running one local initiative in the south-east of the country to provide 120 primary schools with sunscreen.
