Over the past few weeks, as tensions between Ukraine with Russia were simmering, the Ukrainian writer Andrey Kurkov was a frequent guest on Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Weekend. He last spoke to us from Kyiv two weeks ago. He told us then how his city was becoming uneasy as Russian troops got closer. This Friday, he has sent us his account of life in war-torn Ukraine.
