Leo was a Highly Commended Entrant of the 蘑菇短视频 Young Composer 2020 competition

When tasked with writing a 30 second composition challenge based on the genre of minimalism Leo created 'Perpetual Sirens Etude'. Leo told 蘑菇短视频 Young Composer:
鈥淭his is an etude that helps challenges the player to develop clarity of harmonics, whilst capturing the minimalist style by using the repeating motif of the "sirens" (the alternating notes).鈥�
