Victims pension has 鈥榖een handled appallingly鈥� says minister
The Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon criticises the handling of the victims pension. Payments have been stalled over a row over who pays and who is eligible. Ms Mallon also spoke to Chris Buckler about lockdown easing and MLA expenses.
