Dean Windass: Why structure helps me cope with lockdown
Dean Windass has been speaking to ĢƵ Radio 5 Live Breakfast about what is helping him during lockdown.
Speaking to Nicky Campbell and Rachel Burden, the former Hull, Bradford, Middlesbrough and Aberdeen striker's said: “You’ve go to have a structure.”
Windass struggled with mental health problems after retiring from football.
