Richard Mylan has told 蘑菇短视频 Radio 5 Live why he and his autistic son, Jaco, are continuing their important daily visits to Cardiff Market, despite being in lockdown.

They鈥檝e previously visited the market hundreds of times as it closes up for the night 鈥� now it鈥檚 closed indefinitely but it鈥檚 still a key feature of their daily walks.

People with autism, like 14-year-old Jaco, will now be able to go out more than once a day for exercise under an easing of restrictions by the Welsh government .

Speaking to Rachel Burden, Richard Mylan, who appeared in 蘑菇短视频 drama Waterloo Road, said 鈥渁utistic people can deal with change, as long as it鈥檚 gradual and it鈥檚 explained鈥�.
