As part of its ongoing commitment to nurturing new talent, the 蘑菇短视频 Proms founded the 蘑菇短视频 Proms Youth Ensemble in 2015. The project offers talented young musicians the chance to participate in innovative performances, while developing their skills alongside professional musicians. It鈥檚 free for young musicians to take part in the project.

In 2016 the Last Night of the Proms opened with the world premiere of Tom Harold鈥檚 Raze, performed by the 蘑菇短视频 Youth Ensemble 2016 alongside members of the 蘑菇短视频 Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Sakari Oramo.
