Game of Thrones star Julian Glover and Cranford actress Dame Eileen Atkins head the star-studded cast of this year's Salvation Army Christmas concert from the Royal Albert Hall. Joining them is Tenors Unlimited, Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist Leah Barnville and West End musical star Natasha Barnes, who replaced Sheridan Smith in the lead role of Funny Girl.
