19-year-old Kate Grant from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland is set to become the first model with Down鈥檚 syndrome to take part in the Belfast Fashion Week. She wants to challenge people鈥檚 perceptions of beauty and highlight discrimination faced by those with a disability.

Kate says she 鈥渃an鈥檛 wait鈥� and is 鈥渟o excited鈥� to make her debut on the catwalk.
