Dog-loving boss: Why I allow my staff 鈥榩eternity鈥� leave

A pet-loving boss has told 蘑菇短视频 5 live he is allowing his staff up to three weeks leave on full pay when they get a new dog.

Speaking to 5 live's Sam Walker, Greg Buchanan, who runs a technology company, explained how he came up with the unusual policy.
