The Paralympics: under threat?
The International Paralympic Committee says some countries may struggle to send athletes to the Paralympics because millions of pounds of travel grants haven't been paid. Its spokesperson, Craig Spence, tells us it is in talks with the Brazilian government about the funding shortfall.
