The International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague is shortly to issue an arrest warrant for the sitting president of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, who is accused of crimes against humanity in Darfur. With critics accusing the West of interfering and trying to force regime change, could the arrest warrant lead to fresh conflict?
