Olivier winner Penelope Wilton on 'vitality' in West End

Penelope Wilton won the Best Actress award at Sunday's Oliviers for her role in Mark Hayhurst鈥檚 Taken at Midnight.

Wilton said there was currently a vitality in straight drama in the West End.

鈥淚n theatre there鈥檚 a change every night,鈥� she told James Naughtie on the contrast between her stage and screen acting. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a very unique experience.鈥�
