Ed Miliband is making a speech about foreign workers in this country on Monday, but it's been overshadowed by a document leaked to the Telegraph from Labour Party headquarters warning them not to fight the "UKIP threat" by concentrating on immigration because they won't win.

Rachel Reeves is the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, she said ‘I haven’t seen the 33 page document, the lines have taken out of context’.

"We do have clear, concrete and considered policies on immigration".
