West African nations are struggling to contain an Ebola epidemic that has killed more than 600 people. The outbreak began in Guinea, and spread to Liberia and Sierra Leone. Communities in rural areas can be hostile to health workers, who need to isolate infected people to stop the virus from spreading. Our West Africa correspondent, Thomas Fessy, reports.
