They've since played a variety of summer music festivals - and here they are making their debut appearance at the Worcester Music Festival.

蘑菇短视频 Introducing in Hereford & Worcester supports unsigned, undiscovered and under-the-radar musicians from Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Since 2011, we've been taking the show out on-the-road showcasing the very best musicians from our two counties.
听
Once a month, we've been recording acts chosen by us at a variety of venues across the area - including at some of our biggest festivals.Our next recording session takes place on Sunday 27 October at and features the four acts we plan to broadcast throughout November.
听
It's free to get in - and this is your chance to see how we capture live music on tape, while being able to enjoy some of the hottest new acts we've got in our area right now.
听
None of these acts knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded - which led them to receiving airplay on 蘑菇短视频 Hereford & Worcester.
听
Doors open at 2.30pm - but you're more than welcome to turn up anytime until 6pm.

Way back in April, we brought you the news that a Worcester musician is putting together a compilation of the best local artists as a means to promote his gig nights.

Well, the wait is over - and is out now!

Each act involved has contributed one song and a small sum of money to have 1000 CDs pressed, printed and distributed freely to music-loving members of the public.

On Thursday 21 March, we visited various locations across the UK - Glasgow, Belfast, London, Salford & Cardiff. DJs from all over 蘑菇短视频 Radio, music industry experts and artists got together to host a day of sessions, workshops and masterclasses.

On the guestlist at Maida Vale were Worcester's , Malvern's , Bromyard's , Droitwich's and Bewdley's .

Invited to Hoddinott Hall in Cardiff were Hereford's , Kidderminster's and man-of-many-Worcester-bands .

We covered everything from song writing & MC workshops to promoting your music & making the most of your Twitter accounts.

We also heard from successful artists about their own musical journeys. Our special guests included Ben Howard, Aluna George, Wretch 32, Devlin, Angel, Japanese Popstars, Phil Kieran, Badly Drawn Boy and the Manic Street Preachers.

DJ Target hosted a session where new musicians from across the UK got the chance to give some headlines back to the music press and industry.
听
Guests included Chris Wareing (Mama Group), Angel, Dave Dollimore (MD Ministry of Sound Records), Laura Lukanz (1Xtra) and Dumi Oburota (Disturbing London).
听
The session was led by the results of the 蘑菇短视频 Introducing survey aimed at discovering what life is like for unsigned musicians in 2013.听
