The NHS wants a million more people in the UK to sign up for the organ donor register. It wants to tackle what it calls the "growing dilemma" of declining family consent rates and ensure more lifesaving transplants can go ahead.   One point four million people in Wales have already made the decision to donate their organs after their death. How often do you get the opportunity to use your Welsh language skills? Here in Wales, we have a goal of one million Welsh speakers by 2050... But, research from Swansea University has suggested that reduced opportunities, lower confidence and the dominance of English in education or employment may contribute to less frequent Welsh use.
