There's fiction from Somerset writer Phil Maggs, with an extract from his Victorian coming-of-age novel Miss 'Manda, and a short story from Nailsworth author Peter T Stone. Swindon poet Athena Aperta reflects on personal growth and changing relationships in Re-Introduce, before we head to Latitude Festival with 蘑菇短视频 Upload's Rob Jelly, meeting writers, poets and comedians taking to the stage.

We also hear an entertaining history of the English language from performer Melanie Branton, revisit the legendary Pudding Shop that launched countless overland adventures to the East with Jonathan Evans, and finish with a relatable late-night poem from Bristol's Jonathan P Dovey about the thoughts that arrive when sleep refuses to return.
