Kamilah McInnis speaks to Bud Johnston about the Brighton Bash Carnival.

Get ready to dance - the Brighton Bash Carnival returns to St Ann's Well Gardens on Saturday 25 July. Kamilah McInnis speaks to its co-founder, Bud Johnston, about what we can expect as the event celebrates its sixth year.

We also hear from Rodney Harewood of Reading's Caribbean Heritage Centre, who tells Kamilah about its awards ceremony celebrating the community's unsung heroes. Nominations are now open.

Also, Daria Lynch from the Migration Museum talks about recruiting community curators to work with Hastings Museum & Art Gallery on a special project. Councillor Julia Hilton, who works closely with the museum, shares why it was important to be involved.
