It鈥檚 lunch hour at Hardacre鈥檚, and Joe is taking five minutes out of his day to practice mindfulness. Or he would be, if he didn鈥檛 keep getting interrupted.
Amanda wants the conference room, Teddy wants to eat Joe鈥檚 lunch, and Hardacre just wants to know what on earth he鈥檚 doing.
As he attempts to negotiate himself five minutes of peace, Joe finds himself dragged into a discussion of different methods of self-improvement, self-help, and self-realisation.
