Children's animation. Ten-year-old bilingual twins Maya and Miguel Santos are convinced that there is nothing they can't do, fix, improve or invent for their family and friends. After a pet fair, Tito is upset because the winners gloat about taking first prize. He tells them he has an even better pet - a chupacabra. Freddy and Cesar, along with half the neighborhood, want to see the creature, and Maya and Tito have to figure out how they're going to make this legendary creature appear.
